What Are the Major Disadvantages of theMXPlayer Video Player App?

MXPLAYERAPP

There are several advantages of the MX Player Video Player. This is one of the top video game consoles available in the market. The device has become very popular among kids and even parents, because of its amazing graphics and features. Here, we will discuss some of the common disadvantages of the video game console, as well as some of the major advantages that it has to offer. You can click here to download mxplayer app from mxplayer.app.

What More Can You Expect?

The device has become very popular amongst children. Although it is quite expensive, but it can be considered as a very expensive toy. Therefore, the manufacturer has developed special games for kids, which can help kids learn and enjoy the fun games on the device.

Another very important disadvantage of the device is that it does not work well with some wireless devices like Bluetooth headsets. So, if you want to play the game on your headset, make sure that you use a USB wireless connection or else the device will not function properly.

The devices are very heavy. Some parents do not like the fact that this device is really bulky. But, since most of the games that are being developed on this device, are really impressive, there is no doubt that parents would love it.

The device uses rechargeable batteries to store the saved data. If you do not use your video games for a long time, then you have to change the battery in the device often, so that it does not get damaged.

A little off the hook

Some of the other disadvantages of this device include the fact that it does not support the internet features. For those who want to surf the internet, they should try using the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3. And, if you are someone who loves playing the mobile games, then the Play Station Portable will not be suitable for you.YOU download mx player apk v.1.20.9 and how to download mx player app.

Another disadvantage is that the video games on this device are played using the built-in camera. Hence, the device cannot display the image to the LCD TV. If you have a high definition TV, then it will be much better than the device.

However, the most popular disadvantage of the device is that it is quite difficult to connect to the internet. This problem can be solved by buying the wireless adapter. Also, one has to check whether the wireless network supports this device. Before using the device.

CONCLUSION:

Although the device is very costly, it is considered to be the best. The device is able to support all the high quality games and movies available in the market. It also allows the users to play many other games, which are not supported by the original devices. It is also considered a must have gadget for kids.

How to Increase Jiofi Speed -Quick Hacks

If you are thinking about how to increase JioFi speed, the best place to start would be to ensure that your network is not congested at all times. The Jio network is unique in that it is wireless and therefore provides high-speedspeed internet connectivity through GSM technology. This is great as people who are always on the go should never miss out on the convenience and affordability that the Jio offers. But if your network is congested, it could make the entire experience a lot slower.

How To Get Started

One of the best ways that you can increase Jio speed is by ensuring that your network has as few connections as possible. This will give Jio a fair idea about how many people are actually connected to your network and will enable the network to take the necessary measures to reduce congestion. Once your network is clear of any congestion, the Jio system will be able to deliver higher speeds to all users of the network. You might also want to read about jiofi local html login and change jiofi password & wifi name.

Another way that you can increase Jio speed is by making sure that you have sufficient bandwidth and speed. Most of the time, people tend to install several more connections onto their wireless network simply because they are using the net to surf the net for entertainment purposes. But this is one of the biggest causes for their network becoming congested. Thus, make sure that you limit your network connections to as few as you need so that the Jio system will be able to deliver the best performance.

Some Alternatives

Another way that you can improve Jio speed is to ensure that you are always using the Wi-Fi network that the Jio system supports. This is because in many cases, people do not use the available signal in the area where they are currently living, which could result in a congested network. So instead of going with your cell phone, make sure to use your GPRS connection in order to have a clear network.

A second way that you can increase Jio speed is to check whether there are any other devices in your house that are also connecting to the network. In most cases, you will see that your phone connects to the Jio system, but this will not be enough. If there are other devices in the home that are not connected, it may cause problems when trying to connect to the internet. Therefore, make sure that you disconnect these devices as well. You can know more about it on jio official website.

CONCLUSION:

These ways are just a few of the many that you can try if you are wondering how to increase Jiofi speed. If none of these methods work, then you might want to make sure that you have a good broadband connection from a reliable provider. There are many ways that you can get high-speed internet connection, but none of them are free and thus you have to spend some money to get this connectivity. Thus, try these tips out if you want to know how to increase Jio speed.

Chinese New Year Clothes: What to Wear?

What to wear on Chinese New Year? This Chinese heritage goes all of the ways back to the Northern and Southern dynasties (420-589 AD). From the Song Dynasty (960-1279 AD), everybody would flaunt their brand new clothes as they visited friends on New Year’s Day.

chinese new year clothes

In the Republican period (1912-1949), amazing new garments were needed as the youth paid their respects to the priests. It’s part of the Spring Festival celebrations. You could be able to figure out why.

Significance of Clothing

The Spring Festival is a time of change and new starts. Practically every action during the Spring Festival gets the role of removing the old and welcoming the new. Forget about the misfortunes and be prepared for good luck. Additionally, new clothes are auspicious and will protect you from evil spirits.

Like the New Year couplets and other decorations, fresh garments also add to the festivity. China was an agrarian society. There was only 1 crop per year from the north west and 2-3 in the south. Through the whole year, people scrimped and saved.

However, during Chinese New Year, people are able to splurge and cure themselves. This side of new clothes is somewhat lost on the younger generations. Nonetheless, it’s an indication that the current standard of living is much greater than previously. Still, it’s essential to be aware of the historical significance.

What Should you Wear on Chinese New Year

There aren’t any special requirements with regard to what kind of clothing. In ancient China, people will follow the fashion trends of that time. There’s nothing wrong with you doing the exact same as well.

But if you would like to have more of a flare, there are a few styles you may choose from. Most traditional-wear popular today are out of the Qing dynasty.

Tang Suit (唐装–táng zhuāng)
Tang suit utilized to refer to apparel from the Tang dynasty. However, the”new” Tang suit is a coat that combines the Man riding jacket (Qing dynasty) and the Western lawsuit.

Qipao (旗袍–qí páo)
The qipao entered mainstream Chinese civilization during the Qing dynasty. Nevertheless, the styles now we know are extremely different from how it had been. It began with loose and straight cuts as a traditional dress. Designs were dragged to the fabric. During colonization, the qipao became westernized.

Qipao is the most well-known traditional Chinese apparel for women.
Blingland Chinese Qipao

Starting in the mid-1800s until now, the modifications go back and forth. Designs swing between long and short, loose and tight. These days, the qipao is usually very tight-fitting (it is suggested to get the dress custom-made). Openings can start as high up as the thigh.

However, modern fashions still maintain the straight collar and frog buttons. Popular embroidered designs include birds, flowers and phoenixes.

Cheongsam (长衫–cháng shān)
The term”cheongsam” is typically used by Westerners to refer to women’s qipao. But, it literally means”long shirt/dress.” It is loose-fitting and worn by men.

It was formal wear during the 1900s and is a modified version of Qing dynasty clothes. The cut for the lapel symbolizes wealth and prosperity. The period of the cheongsam also represents status, since clothing is unsuitable for labour. It was educated scholars’ clothes.

Hanfu (汉服–hàn fú)
“Hanfu” contrasts to”clothes of the Han ethnicity.” It encompasses clothing up. This means many forms and variants to count.

Ordinarily, a outfit includes a skirt and a shirt. The shirt has crossed lapels and the sleeves are long and broad. The skirt is long and occasionally starts over the bosom.

Dynasty hanfu affected the Japanese kimono, while the Ming dynasty influenced the Korean hanbok.

New colors and the cuts will deliver something special for your wardrobe. There are also modern versions, including skirts and much more elements that are Western. Hanfu is the solution if you’re looking for something more dressy and eye-catching.

Final Words

Be careful of appropriation when wearing clothes of some other culture. Many native Chinese are fine with it. If they see foreigners in clothing, Actually, they will be delighted. However, many ex-pats in different countries find it uncomfortable. In case a friend is your guest or host of the celebration, it will never hurt to ask them how they feel about it. – The Founders Hive

3 Simple Ways to Secure your WiFi Against Hackers

Secure your Wifi in three easy steps. Most of us use the internet almost every day. And now, we can rarely see a wired internet connection since WiFi has been introduced. Wi-Fi is a wireless network that provides high-speed internet connections through the use of radio waves. The network that comes from the WiFi does not need any physical wire (ethernet cable) to connect the sender to the receiver.

Ways to Secure your WiFi

Do you know that WiFi can also be hacked? Not all of us are aware of this issue, but it is true. Once we set-up any wireless connection, we have to make sure that it is secure. Because everything can now be done with the use of technology. Even your security can be in danger when you do not know how to protect your network against unauthorized people.

How Does WiFi Hack

Internet or WiFi users are prone to danger. Hackers will always find a way to access your network and use your internet connection. Once an unauthorized user connected to your network, he can do everything like stream pirated shows and movies, steal your information, and change the configuration of your WiFi leaving the owner locked to his own access.

This hacking issue is not a new thing. It happens anytime, anywhere. So it is always better to know who and which devices are connected to your internet. Once you see any suspicious device, you can kick those people off your WiFi and try to secure your connection.

Start to Secure Your WiFi Now

Here are some of the things you can do to protect your wireless connection against hackers.

#1. Avoid telling other people your WiFi details

Do not share password

It is good to give, but it is a case to case basis. When it comes to an internet connection, you should not allow any other people (including your neighbours and friends) know the details of your WiFi. You may use a random name for your WiFi and not the default manufacturer’s name because it is easy to find login details online.

#2. Change the WiFi’s Password

Change Admin Password

The default password for most of the routers is “admin.” It is easy to guess that password especially when a hacker knows a lot about technology. After setting up your wireless network, you must change the admin password right away. Use a strong password which is a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.

That way, you can avoid unauthorized people to access your connection.

#3. Update the WiFi’s Firmware

Firmware Update

Keeping your firmware updated will prevent any security holes to be exploited. Updates can be done in a few months so you should always check your router or WiFi if there is an update available.

Sometimes, a firmware update might bring the router back to its default settings. After updating, double-check the settings including your login details to be secured.

In Conclusion

Those are the 3 easy steps on how you can secure your WiFi against hackers and any unauthorized logins. If you have question and concerns, you may leave them in the comment box below. We will try to help you with whatever we can. Also, if you know any other method on securing any wireless connection, please let us know and drop them in the comment section.

How To Kick People Off Your WiFi The Easy Way

Do you have a lot of freeloaders on your WiFi network? Well, that should be a bad news because those devices are consuming your internet. Unless all the connected devices are of your family’s then I guess that is not an issue. But if those connected to your WiFi network are your neighbors and freeloaders you hardly know of, then you are probably not so happy about it.Kick People Off Your WiFi

Good thing for you, there are some ways to fix this problem of yours. There are ways to kick out those devices that do not belong to your network. Besides, those devices are probably security risks after all. And you would not want them snooping around and spy on your personal life. Even worse is that they could be hacking your financial affairs through online access.

So if you agree that those freeloaders should be kicked out of your WiFi network, you should really learn what we have to teach you. This is how to kick people off your WiFi network the easy way. Let’s start.

How to Kick People Off Your WiFi

Change WiFi SSID and Password

  1. This is the easiest and the most popular way of removing everyone from your WiFi network. All you have to do is access the router’s web interface and change some settings.
  2. On your device that is connected to the WiFi network, open the web browser.
  3. Type in the default gateway IP address of your WiFi. In case you do not know your router’s default gateway, check on the sticker at the bottom of the router. It should be there like most routers do.
  4. On the sticker, the default username and password are also indicated. So if you do not know your router’s username and password, you should take note of those as well.
  5. Now going back to the web browser, type in the default IP address. It should look like 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1. That two IP addresses are the most common default gateways. If those do not work, then the sticker we mentioned should keep you informed.
  6. As soon as you hit Enter key, a prompt will ask you for a username and password. We mentioned about it earlier already. I hope you paid attention and wrote those down.
  7. Type in the username and password and press Enter key again.
  8. Find the Wireless settings.
  9. You should see the SSID or WiFi network name. Delete that and use your own WiFi name like your own name or your favorite superhero name.
  10. Below that, find the Passkey, Passphrase, or Password as that means exactly what it says.
  11. Delete the old one and use your own password.
  12. This is the most important part. Write down the new username you want to use and the new password that you want to apply. If you forget just one letter, you will not be able to log in back to your WiFi network.
  13. Now find the Save button below or Apply button.
  14. The web interface should reload and your device connected wirelessly will lose internet connection as well.
  15. This means that everyone connected to the WiFi network is literally kicked out including you.
  16. Now, to get back in, use the new username that we told you to write down and the password as well.
  17. That’s it. You are back and with full control of your WiFi network. You will decide who gets in by giving them the password you applied.

Other Ways

Some modern routers have a mobile app support. This means that you do not need a web browser to access the router’s page. All will be done on a dedicated app. And since it is a dedicated app, it will have more advanced features for control.

One of those features usually involves parental control. You can decide which mobile device gets to stay inside the network. Since not all mobile devices’ app is the same. You will have to explore them yourself. Just look for parental control or something similar that says restrictions or connected device manager.

There is also a feature called Mac address blocking. This is a feature that gives you control over which device’s Mac address gets to join the network or not. This is a good method since even with people knowing your WiFi password, they will still not be able to enter the WiFi network. Not until you approve their device’s Mac address to the whitelist.

In Conclusion

Like I said, one of the most important reasons why you should protect your WiFi network from other people aside from your family is for security. There are a lot of people out there that can do harm to your private life by accessing your online accounts and affairs. So please, choose wisely who you let inside your WiFi network. Just as you are careful with whom you let inside your own home.

Founders Tale: Sponsorshive

Sponsorshive existed as an excited conversation by two people frustrated by the difficulties faced by event organisers in securing sponsorship.

Realising that sponsors faced an equally difficult task to find suitable events to reach specific audiences, they decided to build an online platform to match events with sponsors.

Having successfully built the platform, gained interest from brands and event organisers alike, Sponsorshive already has a significant number of beta users and a successfully proven concept under its belt.

The First in the new series, Founder’s Tale, Sean Obedih, founder of The Founders Hive, describes how meeting the right co-founder enabled them both to quickly and successfully launch an exciting, new online platform.

Q: Where did the idea for Sponsorshive come from?

A: ‘I had been working on this project for a while but it was always on the back burner because I was concentrating on building up The Founders Hive. The biggest challenge I have faced is in securing sponsorship for our events.’

‘There just wasn’t a simplified way to let sponsors know about our events, so naturally the field for interest is narrowed. Eventually, the claxon blared in my mind and I thought to myself: Enough is enough’

‘I managed to secure a small sponsorship amount from an accountant who came to our events frequently and that’s when I realised that if we could create a platform that allows both small and large businesses to sponsor events and reach micro segments, we would be on to a winner.’

Q: Once you had the idea, what did you do next?

A: ‘Everyone I spoke to about the idea gave me positive feedback. I even received an investment offer before it was built and that’s when I knew that I had something special on my hands.’

‘It was at this point that I was fortunate enough to meet a young talented developer called Ramario Depass who had presented a very clever app at one of our MVP Demo days. I explained what I wanted to do and it clicked with him straight away.’

‘Collaboration, as I always say, is vital to success in the startup scene. Working with Romario has been fantastic. We compliment each other’s abilities and share the vision for the product. We immediately got to work, and the rest as they say is history.’

Q: What has been the response to the launch of Sponsorshive?

A: ‘It’s been nothing short of astounding. Within 24 hours we had events listed with a combined value of well over £20,000 giving us a solid validation for our Minimum Viable Product and that our service is needed.’

‘This is without any marketing apart from a few links we posted across our social platforms. We were also recently featured on Betali.st and we had over 250 people sign up for our beta.’

‘We have made fantastic progress within the last few weeks and even started to secure clients, one of them is Popchips who we worked together with for an event, distributing more than 300 packets of Popchips, exposing their brand to a new audience.’

Q: Do you have competitors? What makes Sponsorshive different?

A: ‘If you take a look at Sponsorfied and SponsorHub in the US, and The UK Sponsorship Database, you can see that these are all services looking to bridge the gap between event organisers and sponsors.’

‘However, none of them are focusing on social. The behaviour of event attendees has changed over the past few years with greater numbers now interacting with one form of mobile device whilst they are there.’

‘We want to delve into the data that is produced before, during and after each event by social/mobile users. The events management app industry are starting to engage with the audience, giving us confidence that technology exists today to realise our goal, though we are approaching the problem from a sponsor’s point of view.’

When you focus on sponsors as an investor we begin to see what information is useful in this social age. There are many opportunities we are able to create, in embedding brand’s messages, enabling interactions with specific audiences and adapting everything in real time whilst generating reports. It’s a very exciting field to be involved with.’

Q: What is your next move?

A: ‘Our goal is to improve the product over the next few weeks and get more events organisers, brands, marketing managers and agencies to use our platform.’

‘There are a few more events already in the pipeline that I can’t mention at the moment but it looks promising.’

Look out for more updates on Founders Tale as we keep up with all the developments of Sponsorshive and other innovative European startups.

What is a Peer to Peer Incubator and who needs it?

Over the past few year there has been a change in the startupsphere and Incubators and accelerators have become part of the process of founding a high growth tech startup. Last year Wired Magazine wrote an interesting article called After the tech incubator bubble but the best and the oldest of them all is Idealab.

These instruments of change have changed the way companies are started and have served the Investment community well since they help to put a spotlight on some companies that would never get a chance to secure an appointment with Investors let alone secure an Investment round.

So it begs the question who on earth needs another accelerator or Incubator? well the answer is that we believe that even though these institutions are essential to the growth of the ecosystem, they are not for everybody and they are very strict,in essence they only serve the 1% of startups,so how about the 99% and who cares about them? We started Foundershive with a mission to help entrepreneurs execute their ideas better and find partners that become the catalyst of their business growth and this allowed us to see even great entrepreneurs with fantastic ideas but 75% were looking for a co-founder and more often than not it was a technical co-founder;everyone seems to be looking for a developer and that is why we think enrolling for one of the short courses provided by the Makers Academy would be of great help to many people.

We believe that Peer to Peer Incubation will be another solution to this problem,it is simple, you have an idea that you have been working on or you had it recently and you need a team and investment to make that idea a reality, this can take up to 36 months with a lot of headache and sometimes heartache not to mention financial ruin, alternatively you can submit your idea to us and we will put it up for the public vote, using agile and lean methodology we will form a team of experts and build a Minimum viable product then launch the product, everybody gets a share of the newly formed company and we everybody is happy, see how it works and feel free to submit your idea to Info@thefoundershive.com.

Like it has been said before ideas aren’t the most important part of a great business,it is the execution that matters the most.

10 Resources For First Time Entrepreneurs

Do you have aspirations to start your own business in 2013? First time entrepreneurs may have a lot of unanswered questions. The 10 resources listed here are aimed at giving you a head start on entrepreneurship, startups, innovation, small business and much more.

Website
The very first step in building an online presence is a website, but it can often seem like the most daunting challenge. Creating an attractive, effective website need not cost you much money.

1. WordPress – It is the favourite CMS for many startups and web designers alike. Free themes (templates for your website) are often a bit tacky, but decent premium themes are falling in price all the time – as well as increasing in quality. It’s a no brainer.

Communications
Having the opportunity to do business with people all over your country, and the wider world, can greatly increase an entrepreneur’s business growth.

1. Skype – Just about the best means to quickly, cheaply call or video call anyone in the world. There are no restrictions on the length of time you call someone else’s Skype account, and landline calls work out about as expensive as it would be if you were in the same country.

2. G+ Hangouts – The one drawback to Skype is that conference video calls are locked behind a premium account. This is where G+ Hangouts come into the equation. You can now also add regular phone calls to the conversation.

Time and Project Management
Productivity is the buzzword within the startup community. With such a large workload to get a company off the ground, using time effectively is essential to all aspects of life, social and professional.

1. Google Calendar – The staple calendar tool. The beauty with Google Calendar is how easy it is to use and the compatibility it has across all devices and OS’s. You can also share events with other Google users via email.

2. Vitalist – Getting Things Done is the motto Vitalist lives by. They’ve now built up an impressive user count proving the worth in their product. You can easily organise your projects and actions online.

Outsourcing
There are just not enough hours in the day, nor enough people to do all the tasks required. Sooner rather than later you will need to look elsewhere to lighten the workload. Hiring Freelancers is easier than ever before. You can either go direct to the source or find agencies in the area you require who will look after everything for you.

1. Elance and oDesk – Possibly the two most recognised portals for hiring Freelancers. Each Freelancer is given ratings by their previous employers so it is easy to get an idea of the quality of work you can expect.

2. People Per Hour – A lesser known portal but very useful for hiring Freelancers for smaller, one off projects.

3. Agencies – Whatever department you are looking to cover – an agency will be happy to step in to take care of it for you. From Copywriting to Design, Business Planning – you name it.

Inspiration
Learning from those in the business of entrepreneurship is a must-do. It can also be very entertaining.

1. TechCrunch & Mashable – The big hitters in Startup news and Tech gossip. They’ve built up their reputation over many years, with hundreds of articles published every day. You’re first stop to get up to date with the world’s tech affairs.

2. Ted Talks on Entrepreneurship – If you’ve never seen a TED talk before, then you are in for a treat. Think of it as a series of the world’s best Lectures all about stuff going on today. Video archive on talks about entrepreneurship.

Are there any resources you think should be added to the list? Leave a comment below!

The Masters of Execution

Successful Startups are based on a good idea at their core, but the idea itself is not the be all and end all. Even the very best ideas fail with poor execution.

Execution, in this context, is the processes needed to take a good idea and turn it into a viable, high growth business.

There is no market for selling good ideas. In our view, then, it is the execution which is the most important part of any potential Startup, though it is often overlooked.

The Samwer brothers can perhaps be described as the masters of execution. They are serial entrepreneurs whose success rate, based on high value sales, is unparalleled.

They began in 1999, creating Alando, a German speaking online auction site which dominated their 18 rival competitors in Germany. Within 100 days of going live it was bought by eBay for £35million.

Following this initial success, their execution model took them to the sale of Jamba! a mobile phone content platform, for £176million in 2004.

They then invested in StudiVZ (German-counterpart to Facebook), MyVideo(German-counterpart to YouTube) and set up Rocket Internet Accelerator, a Berlin-based incubator, in 2007.

Their model has proven to be extremely effective. Trimmed of all the fat, the model is to take the concept of successful US-based tech Startups and market their own version in Germany.

This has led to many labelling the Samwers as ‘Cloners’ or ‘Copycats’, but the proof of the value in the model lays in the indisputably impressive track record when it comes to creating profitable, high-growth Startups.

How have they done this?

The Samwer brothers have had the distinct advantage from the outset, that they have a fully fledged team within their close family. Each brother of the three (Alexander, Marc and Oliver) have their own skill-set.

Speaking to Wired Magazine in 2012, Oliver said: “My younger brother is probably the most intelligent and my older brother is probably the best at execution — I’m somewhere in the middle,” he says. “It’s a perfect team.”

“My advantage is never that I’m the first,” he says. “Never. My advantage is that we just build faster and better in more instances than anyone else.”

They could rely on each other to work as enthusiastically on projects as themselves, whilst combining skills to refine ideas and execute them in the most efficient manner.

The lesson all entrepreneurs can take from the Samwers, whether or not they agree with the ‘cloning’ label, is that execution is the pathway to success.

As the late, great Steve Jobs so finely said, ‘To me, ideas are worth nothing unless executed. They are just a multiplier. Execution is worth millions.’
